Nepal has 660 native species of butterflies and moths. Many are on display in the Annapurna Natural History Museum’s butterfly collection.

The tallest mountain in the world is Mount Everest! It stands at 29,029 feet (8,848 meters), at the border of Nepal and China. Its Nepali name, Sagarmatha, combines the Nepali words for sky (sagar) and head (matha).
